About the role (What you'll be doing)
For our EU teams:
- Serve as the first level of contact for resolution of people operations requests and queries
- Execute on all transactions within the employee lifecycle, including: contract creation, documentation updates, documentation requests, offboarding
- Support the ongoing update of internal team tools and databases
- Maintain accurate HR records within our HRIS, as well as that of our EOR contractors.
Globally, you will own the administration of our global onboarding programs, including:
- scheduling onboarding sessions
- liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure all new starters have a seamless pre-boarding and onboarding experience (i.e. with hiring managers, with the IT team, with office/people teams in different regions for desk set-up)
- auditing and updating onboarding materials and processes as needed.
You will also support the People Team with ad hoc requests and initiatives.
About you (Who you are)
- Willing to work EU shift (12:00-9:00pm PHT)
- You have 1-2 years of prior experience in an HR or Onboarding Administrator role.
- You’re proactive and have a solutions-focused mindset.
- You can prioritise and manage your time effectively.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You’re able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Preferred, not essential: You have experience working with BambooHR, Deel, and/or in UK-based organisations.
